  The tacos are always good, but the gay gentleman in the drive-through with the nails is extremely rude and makes rude comments while you’re taking your order understand you may not like your job, but to be dismissive and rude when I’m trying to order and making comments under your breath when the headset still on, it’s just very disheartening. I’d rather travel 15 minutes out of my way than to be disrespected.

  I find a black long hair in my cinnamon twist 😨. Super disgusting. I asked when the manager the lady was like I'm the manager of a glisten. I find that I hear in my phone she's like. What do you want me to do with it ??? To go suck in exchange your 40 different morning I'm like. Nope. I don't want to have no idea if the different one was there too with the other hair. She goes. I'll give you refund which is like $2 which it means nothing. This is not why I'm reporting to receive the $2 back I'm reporting. Just make sure you do all the percussion not get your disgusting hair in people's food. No, sorry no nothing. Very disappointing. Not shopping at Taco Bell anymore. It's disgusting.

  I am a Taco Bell conisor. I even worked at one for a year in 1986. This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I ordered two tacos, 7 layer burrito and a bean burrito. Both tacos came with broken shells. Not cracked but broken in multiple areas. The 7 layer burrito tortilla was stuck to the paper. And the wrapping paper had red sauce all over it. The bean burrito beans were cold. Not warm but like refrigerator cold. $13.35 wasted. I love Taco Bell. But this was bad enough to say I should stick to more healthier options like Del Taco. I went through drive thru and ate within 5 min of getting my order.

  Disgusting!!! Chalupa was disassembled, taco broken in half, lettuce wilty, cold, soggy Buritto barely rolled up, disgusting Everything is cold and nasty and below low quality. I know its FAST FOOD but C'MON!!!! I have never had it THIS bad. This location sucks!!!!!!!

  Had a terrible experience with the they/them person who basically kicked me off the drive through for checking my order. I realized it was wrong but after HE told me that I was running out his time I just decided to leave. The order was a completely different thing and I threw it away. The drink wasn’t even filled all the way either. Just terrible response for no reason. I was polite and after all the shootings from people like that I just decided to pray for him and call it a day. That man shouldn’t be allowed to even serve people especially since by reading the reviews I noticed it’s not the first time he’s done that to someone. I also read that the manager just excused his behavior as a bad day. Okay, well he had another “bad day” today and I think you need to do your job and get him some help. No person should be treated badly just for buying a freaking burrito.
