Went through the drive thru over an hour before it was posted to be closed. The individual inside the store answered the intercom and after the initial (what i assume to be a pre-recorded message) meet is with silence for nearly 5 minutes. Then asked as if they forgot we were there: "are you trying to place an order?"
Obviously yes to which their reply was a sassy "I'm the only one in the building so we're closed."
Why are you closed over an hour before your scheduled time? Why are all the lights turned on? My guess is this worker was the manager on staff, sent everyone home to save on labor and then milked the clock until closing time. I never saw the individual so I cannot confirm.
So this store needs to either update their hours or make sure their store is manned to functional capacity during operating hours.

They got my order wrong and then one of the workers treated me like it was my fault. I won't be going back to this Taco Bell.
Thank you for helping me reach 13 million views.
As you may know I only write reviews when an experience is amazing or terrible. This place was terrible. I would not eat here.
The floors and counters are dirty and sticky. They were out of supplies including sauces, napkins and straws. They dont clean their knives between use so increase of cross contamination and food allergy issues.
They were friendly but looking very under staffed.
Ordered with the Taco Bell app. Showed up and gave me somebody else’s order. Went in to get it fixed. Took forever, still wrong. Missing drinks that had to ask for and fill up myself (not a big deal, but still annoying considering everything else that was bad). Watched staff play on phones while working in between cashier, kitchen, and drive-thru. I use the term “working” loosely. Got home and was still missing stuff and food was terribly put together with grossly small portions of meat and cheese in the burritos. Hot garbage overall.

My husband went to Taco Bell this evening, and when he got home he realized he had received the wrong order. Without thinking, he placed everything—including a partially eaten taco—back into the bag. I called the store, and they told me to bring the receipt and come back.
When I arrived, I explained the situation and offered to return the food. The employee simply nodded, took the bag, set it aside, and said nothing further to me. He then continued preparing other orders. Shortly after, a DoorDash driver came in for an order (I believe under the name Clayton). To my shock, the employee picked up the exact bag I had just returned, placed stickers and a receipt on it, and handed it to the driver—without ever opening it or checking its contents. That means a customer most likely received food that had been in my home, handled by us, and even had a taco with a bite taken out of it.
After filling multiple orders, the employee eventually prepared mine. When I got home, the food was soggy, poorly made, and tasted awful. It was clear the person preparing it was irritated that he had to redo the order.
This experience was extremely disappointing and frankly disgusting. Not only was my returned food apparently given to another customer, but the service was dismissive and the replacement meal was inedible. We wasted our money and left feeling disrespected. I will not be returning to this location and will make sure to share my experience with others.
