  Its taco bell the food is the same as the others, this location however has an automated drive through and has a clear issue with people not getting g what they ordered. This is a ---- location

  One of, if not the worst Taco Bell in the city of Chesapeake and the rest of the 757. Have never had a decent meal in the 3 years that I’ve lived in the area.

  I can't speak about the food however the customer service lacks severely. I went in to pick up a DoorDash. They don't acknowledge you even when standing at the counter and an attitude when you try to grab their attention. It wasnt clean either.

  It was the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Went there around 1am and ordered only two things. They did not give sauce packets even when requested. They did not even give a fork for the fiesta potatoes. The service was so not welcoming. The employees looked very annoyed and frustrated. They did not even get one of my order right as well, and their dine in was closed so I couldn’t go in to replace it. I had to wait in line through drive thru to correct it. Ordered two things which took me 35 min to get my order.

  On 31AUG25 around 1200 pm I had absolute worst experience that I’ve had at a drive-through. While at the drive through I received a completely different order so I went inside to get the correct food. I spoke to the cashier that took my order and she took my receipt and handed to the manager. The manager worked on other orders other than mine so I asked for a refund. At no point did the manager apologize. She was completely rude, disrespectful unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. Additionally, it took her 10 minutes at the cashier to figure out how to give me a refund. I do not recommend this location to anyone and will not be returning.
