  Went into get food got a crunch wrap and nachos was the only person in there took 30 mins to get my food and my crunch wrap was destroyed in the box

  Rudely spoken to in drive thru when taking order and at the window. After discovering I was short a taco I went into store to correct it. She openly accused worker in back of the mistake which he responded with "no". At this point the lady opened my food wrappers to make sure I wasn't hiding it!?!?! Even after I took each item still in the wrapper out and spread it on counter to see what I had; she literally opened the wrappers to inspect the food. Yes she wore gloves but really? The food was pathetic when I looked at it closer; Basically no cheese, just greasy cold burger and a little lettuce.

  Just once I'd like to go thru this drive thru and get everything I ordered. It literally never happened. Also why does the food always smell and taste like bleach? Probably won't go back unless they publicly fire all the management. It's that bad.

  I have my grandson pickup tacos for me fairly often. Usually order five of them with fire sauce packets. Three times out of five there is no sauce included. Occasionally about three packets of sauce and sometimes five packets of sauce. Years ago they gave you about two sauce packets per taco. Is taco sauce really that precious? I bought a couple bottles of taco sauce at a store and used the last of it today. I get the feeling that management and the employees don't care about their jobs or their customers. I don't think I should have to purchase taco sauce by the bottle for Taco Bell, so I don't believe I will be back to Taco Bell in the future. If things don't change, I expect Taco Bell will go the same route as KFC did.
