  This location is usually good as long as it's not busy with Door Dash orders being picked up. But right now it looks like it's all dug up with construction workers inside and outside the building, so I'm not sure if they're actually open now?? There's a sign stuck in the ground saying the drive thru is open, but it's confusing. (Only gave it a 4 star atmosphere rating because it has the constant high-pitched beeps that most fast food places have that can cause hearing loss in the employees; it's not this particular location's fault.)

  I mobile ordered last night around 12:30am. I work for ems and I was unable to fit the ambulance through the drive through so I walked through. I have done this many times before at different places and had no issues. I go to the window and I tell staff that I have a mobile order and they say they’re not allowed to serve people that walk through. I explain my situation and they responded with “that’s not my problem, cancel your order and get a refund because we can’t help you.” I felt very disrespected by the entire situation. EMS is very busy and that was the only time I was able to order any food and I was unable to eat because of it. They offered no other solution to the problem and basically told me to buzz off.

  Went to this Taco bell to get lunch (normally go to the one on Woodruff Rd). They told us to use the Kiosk we don't take ordered at the counter. We don't do kiosk ... we want customer service. But NO customer service here. The floors inside the restaurant and bathroom need to be POWER WASHED to get the gunk off the floors. We won't be coming back to this Taco Bell.

  The crew that works after midnight is awesome. They’re all very friendly and get the food out in record time, so I stop by quite often after work.

  Arrived at the location to dine inside. First thing we noticed was the god awful music playing on max volume (not exaggerating). Playing something between weird songs that sounded like a mix of horrible 2000s songs and kids bop. The posters and interior was screaming kidz bop theme as well. I was like alright il just order in drive thru after this. Well our food arrived. The beef was cold and we just got it which brings concerns of their holding temps. And all the items ordered were poorly prepared with minimal beef and nothing spreads out in the tacos and crunchwraps. My Crunchwrap only had two bits of fillings when I opened it up and all in one spot. And last but not least least I waited at the counter for 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention to get my Crunchwrap remade and just ended up throwing it away and disputing the charge since no one would speak with or service me.
