  Whoever thinks making delivery drivers pickupers go threw drive-thru twice was a good idea because the don't provide proper staff to handle having orders ready is an idiot. If don't want to provide delivery because it's to much for you, it's as simple as turning that option off. When drive through is backed up for 20 minutes to a 1/2 hour.People are gonna be pissed when they get cold food. Hire more staff or turn off the delivery orders. It's not our fault that you decide to close the lobby's at ten o'clock. I\nHope the big people will restaurant see this. Because in time it's going to hurt your business.

  I would give 10 stars if I could. I was rushing after work and super frustrated. The girl who gave me my online order didn't realize it wasn't finished. Another coworker (possibly management) came over and helped and explained to the young coworker what happened. She made sure I was taken care of during a frustrating moment for me and was kind and patient with the young worker. The staff was incredible and helped make my night better. I am terribly sorry for letting my frustration out I am always a huge fan of the taco bell staff.

  I generally don’t give bad reviews if the service and/or food was bad just because things happen and it is just food at the end of the day. This time though I’m a bit frustrated, I’m allergic to sour cream and specifically asked for no sour cream , I drive 15 minutes home and go to eat and notice there is sour cream on the tacos I ordered. Good thing I didn’t bite into it or it would have been a bigger issue. When I call and ask about a refund , I got a smart remark back without just trying to come to a resolution for all the this.

  Half the staff smoke but can’t even roll a burrito correctly. Last time i was there the lady at the drive through asked if she gave me my straw then when i proceeded to tell her there’s no straw in the bag she cuts me off and closes the window…this time my one burrito was falling apart the other one wasn’t even hot it was cold as hell.
