  Going back to Taco Bell was a dumb idea. I got the Nachos BellGrande and asked for more beef, but it was a total rip-off. It cost me almost $14, and I could see the bottom of the bowl right away. There were barely any chips, and they definitely didn't give me any extra toppings. Taco Bell always lets me down. The food is trash for how much they charge. I'm done. Never again.

  Still don't like the kiosk thing. Paying cash was like a foreign action, but the employee was friendly. The food was great. It's a little difficult to get in and out.

  My husband called and let the manager know our order was wrong, they proceeded to tell him, the customers are always wrong and maybe we can learn from our mistakes. I have worked in customer service for years and that is absolutely not how you handle any customer complaints, or concerns. I will not be going back to this Taco Bell as the service itself wasn’t great, and to get told that is terrible. The Taco Bell on the other side of town, is never like that. Will be going there from here on out.
