  The guy who worked the drive thru is cussing then trying to get people to pay who ordered online. Service is slow as hell upwards of 30 minute wait even with 3 cars in the drive thru. Whoever is the night shift manager should be fired

  Jennings is the only reason I even give a 2 star. This has been a 5 star taco bell till tonight. I just came through here 2nd night in a row. The nacho bell grande i had the prior night and previous times were proportioned very well. Tonight not even half the beef and beans, cheese etc. Mostly chips, and when I politely showed them the food, they just told me that was the way it's supposed to be made. Also the $3.99 chili cheese burrito + $0.90 for sour cream barely had any chili in it. See all my photos. I work hard for my money and never had a problem before. I took the food back inside and got a refund. As I said, Jennings is such a great guy very friendly and cares about his customers. I wish he were here tonight but unfortunately the consistency is gone and so am I.

  Waited over 30 minutes for a drink. Employees were too busy playing around and making their own food to acknowledge customers.

  Manager freakout on his own employees. Was like a full blown gordon ramsey freak out. Cussing and slamming his fists. He then turned to us and smiled and said "welcome to taco bell how can I help you" at the counter when I paid cash at the register after doing the kiosk thing. It was craaaazy. On a separate occasion the building smelled like sewage and there's always some autistic kid who works there that is always sitting at a booth in the dining room and she watches me eat without blinking. Just staring deep into my challupa. One time I think she barked at me though.... I know this all sounds like a joke.... But I swear it isnt
