  Considering this is TACO BELL and not mortons steakhouse, the night crew tonight around 10:30 had some balls to laugh in me and my husbands face when we came in to get an order remade that THEY HAD MESSED UP. Ashley, im excited to speak to you tomorrow morning. For context, we came thru a while ago and got chicken nuggets. The order was messed up. We called and spoke to corrine (sorry if misspelled) who said the meal would be replaced. We came thru to get the meal replaced tonight, and several staff members behind the mic of the drive thru laughed at us for several minutes. We then called to try to complain and speak to whoever was in charge and were laughed at again. I went to culinary school. I was a sous chef in an actual fine dining restaurant. Your job isnt hard. Bffr.

  Do not, repeat do not depend on the staff getting your order right. I am not making the mistake of ordering from this Taco Bell through any delivery service. I just put in a 70 plus dollar order. All of our simple requests to not include items were ignored. And the food was not made with any attention or care. Either their short staffed or the staff has better things to do.

  The 45 minute wait for some tacos and chips made the food taste so much better, the excitement of not knowing if your order is gonna be ready next was exhilarating. It made me feel young again. The 45 minutes of hanging out with my significant other while we wait for our food is what makes life worth living. Above all, the actually quite friendly and fun staff is the reason I stayed and waited for the food, they work hard and I appreciate them for it.

  Normally this is the better Taco Bell compared to the Harmar location, but we sat in the inescapable drive through for over 40 minutes waiting. There were only 3 cars ahead of us when we pulled in. Ordered, moved up, and got stuck.
