  This location is frequently understaffed, then doesn't even take orders at the window and makes you order through doordash, then they apparently also can't fix an order when they ~also~ don't havelwhat you ordered. The customer service was absolutely abysmal for both the direction to order through doordash, and then them "finding" the order when we pulled back around. Then, they didnt even have large cups nor would they adjust the price. Very, bad service. Will be driving the 20 minutes to use a different taco bell going forward.

  Horrible customer service by far i complained to corporate office about this today the man running drive thru today had no sales nor customer services experience if so he should know when a customer asks questions you respond reasonably without attitude 😑 thats just common decency my mother used to be the gm of this store in the early 2000s and she would have fired him immediately hearing him talk to customers

  Stay away. Worth driving the extra 5-10 minutes to another location. I have lived near this location for 15 years. The orders are incorrect about 60% of the time. The drive thru is slow. The prices here are way higher than the next nearest location ($4.19 for a chili cheese burrito vs $2.99 elsewhere, despite it being advertised as $2.99 in the media). They often don’t even have the “online exclusives” that are available at nearby locations. They stopped selling the $7 cravings box entirely.

  Terrible, cheseey bean and rice burrito no cheese salty chips it's a disaster, has to be the worst one in columbus.

  I've never had such empty food from a Taco Bell. The bean burrito was all tortilla. The crunchwrap didn't have any meat in it.
