  App wasn't working so we had to do drive thru. Lady at the drive thru was rude and impatient. I asked for veggie nachos and they gave me beef.

  I come here all the time because my shop is up the street but my big issue was one of the staff here. Her name is Camri and trust me. It’s just not me. My customers have had issues with her too. Today she gave me an attitude because I wanted to order a beef and cheese burrito and she continue to argue with me that they can’t do that. This is a lie. I got out of the drive-through parked my car went inside and order. Just got a beef and cheese burrito.. They need to train their staff to not get backtalk and attitudes. The girl didn’t even wanna give me her name and I had to ask the manager what her name was. When dealing with Customer Service, it’s important to know who you’re speaking to and she had no concern or care in the world.

  This is the only Taco Bell I will go to. They are always friendly and my orders are always correct. 🥰

  Love that drive thru is open late. I'm able to get something to eat on my way home from work late at night
