I really can't understand how you can mess up the order.So badly. I ordered a number#6 2 chalupas, and a taco and a sprite. And ordered two extra tacos.I told the lady through the speaker that I want no tomatoes on anything. And she replied that there's no tomato on that order. Well, lo and behold, I get home and guess what?Everything has tomato on it. If you don't like your job, don't work at a place where you have to deal with public. I'm so tired of them.Screwing up my order every time I come through there. And another thing, taco bell, you're about to get canceled because of your high prices and your inability to handle your customers correctly. Do better taco, bell...
any and EVERY time me and my fiancé have went to this location the experience is horrible. i understand that they are timed for their drive thru orders but the way that they rush you is incredibly frustrating and disgusting and if the being timed is the reason maybe taco bell should rethink this being a thing. i’m pregnant and should be able to look at the menu and think about what i want and not hear “anything else?, is that all?” in a snarky attitude every 2 seconds. i work in food, actually manage in food and even being pregnant have never spoke to people the way these people speak to their customers. to be more specific Chris A and whoever else was working with him on the night of labor day really need to be sat down and talked too.

We walked in this afternoon, never greeted by staff. Thankfully, I had already placed our order on the mobile app. We then get our food. The cheese roll up was miserable. Barely any cheese and hardly melted. I made a comment to my bf about it. While sitting at the table eating our food, a staff member came over and questioned the food. I had never said anything to staff, but felt uncomfortable that they'd approach me like that. Needless to say, this is a location that we won't be back to. The lack of service and the poor food quality are enough reason for me to choose another location.
Maybe they were just short staffed, but I had to wait to order at the drive through while they made the order in front of me. Then when I was "allowed" to order they didn't listen, I had to repeat myself several times and when I pulled forward Car 1 was still waiting for food. All in all a 2 car line up took over 15 minutes at 9pm.
