  Lady at the window in the drive through was rude! And three food items were order two of which were correct and one was not even close to what was ordered not impressed with this visit

  Used to love them occasional taco bell visit in Verona, I don't know if they recently changed staff or something, but my recent visit I got 2 cheesy gorditas, and a friend got a chili cheese burrito. All 3 items were cold. My chalupas literally had ice in them, I'm assuming from frozen lettuce? The soft shells on both chalupas were also old or something, or maybe not warmed? I dont know, im not a fast food expert, but i'm really sad I cant go this taco bell anymore. Neither one of us ate our food after a couple bites. I cant afford that! 🤷 Hopefully they fix it soon! I hate leaving bad reviews, but that was, bad.

  Staff was super awesome! And the drive though guy was awesome! Very respectful and polite give him a raise!

  The one worker threw our change at us and put tomatoes on my crunch wrap supreme when I ask for no tomatoes very not happy
