Just ordered Uber eats and not the delivery persons fault it's the food the way it was prepared I'm missing cheese from my street chicken cheesy chalupa plus everything was just the chicken is dry looks it sat all day and my cinnabon pack is not fresh either my osur cream served is ,1/4 full this is outrageous I'm at my job and cannot do anything about this and I'm working an 18 hours shift I called 4-5 times each time hanged up when it sounds like someone answers

I didn’t even wanna give you guys one star, but I had to just post this. There is a video of me recording the employees of Taco Bell. I posted it and in the video the manager is being disrespectful stick in the middle finger at me and not wanting to take my order at the speaker when I was at the drive-through, I tried ordering something but she was being impatient and kept telling me hello are you gonna order so I then canceled my order and told her I was only coming to pick up I drove around the drive-through and parked my vehicle and proceeded to head to the window to pick up the online order, I am a platinum Dasher by the way, I take care of all my customers orders and I do it at a fast pace. I am not disrespectful. I came to the window and explain to the lady that she wasn’t being patient. I was trying to order and I could not order my food. She then got upset shut the window and stuck the middle finger at me started saying that I was ugly and did not wanna take my order and also said that she would cancel my online order that I knew she could not cancel because the items were there and she said she would cancel it just so I wouldn’t get it And she proceeded to tell everybody not to take my order not to give me any food so then I go back to the drive-through and she takes my order. I’m not knowing if she knows who I was but I did take my order. I was able to get a order in when I go to the drive-through she told the cashier lady that the order has been placed go ahead and have her pay for the foodso with that being said if I didn’t cancel my first order, she probably wouldn’t have given it to me because I told her she wasn’t being patient and I didn’t get to order my food, but I didn’t see nothing wrong with telling her that

Horrible experience today. Spent $30 on several items to bring home to find out it was JUST GARBAGE. I asked lady for extra onion and no cheese on a few items and she did the opposite because i don’t speak Spanish and she didn’t speak English. Maybe a simple taco would be ok but I’m sure there’s other taco restaurants with better quality and no micro-mini tacos

Taco Bell’s new burritos TV ad brought me here, but it was upsetting to know that this location does not honor corporate prices because it’s a franchise. Are we suppose to know that ? Bad marketing. We never come back. I often don’t come to Taco Bell because it’s not authentic Mexican food.
