  Young man in drive last night with twisted hair has an awesome personality keep up the good work. Food was amazing.

  So I get there, to the drive thru, ask for the street burrito lux box. no rice avaliable in the store. Ask them to substitute the burrito with the Lux box and they tell me no, they won't do it. Like how hard would that be so I could get the meal. Then ask for a steak quesadilla, no steak, so I settle for a chicken one. Drink was luke warm and no ice. Staff wasn't very helpful or willing to help me get an order I actually wanted. I don't think I'll come back to this location. This was probably the worse experience I've had at a taco bell.

  The employees are consistently rude: the entirety of a conversation at the drive-thru consists of "You checking in on Mobile App?", "What you want?", and "Pull forward". No thought to confirm the order, no pleasantries, nothing. I get it; it's Taco Bell, in Hammond, so you can't set your expectations too high, but I don't honestly think they could be any more unprofessional if they were actively trying.

  I was delivering from DoorDash the food did not have seal and staff would not let me order and was very rude I asked them to make me a freeze they didn’t bother to ask which kind and still charged me
