Just like all the others say, they will leave you at the order window for quite some time, even when placing a mobile order ahead. The last three times I've been to this location there's been an issue. Food will be wrong and they will give you an attitude for their mistake. They never have 3/4 of the drinks they're supposed to have. This is honestly one of the worst fast food places I've ever been.

I was told no I could not have a cup of ice nor could I buy a cup of ice. I was told I had to buy a bottle of water or a soda. When I was leaving a kind worker asked what the commotion was about. I was like I just wanted a cup of Ice to go with my food, however when he went to give me a small cup of ice (which was fine) he was told no by the manager and he looked very confused on why he couldn't give me a cup of ice on a day when it was 96° out. I will not be coming back to this taco bell over the rude treatment of the staff. I would understand being told no if I didn't order any food, however I had just spent 30.00 on lunch. Customer Service at this taco bell is a joke.
