  Horrible service lady working there was talking for 3 min to a car in front of me and dint get order right ask for extra meat dint get that and ordered two fries and only got one Horrible

  CHECK YOUR ORDER AT WINDOW. The lady who gave me my order was nice and the food was good but they didn’t pack my 12 Cinnabons when I called instead of owning up to the mistake and apologizing . The manager rude saying we know what was in the bag and all I want was a free 12 Cinnabons. I’ll never spend another dime at this place

  Why did I wait 45 minutes in line to pickup my mobile order I’ve literally been sitting at the window for 20 minutes after getting through the slowest line ever. The cashier looks high as a kite leaning against the window. Update now that I’ve eaten: Forgot the tomatoes on my supreme soft taco but added sour cream Chips were extremely stale Threw my fries in the bag like a tornado

  Waited in line for over 20 minutes just for the automated order taker to take my order wrong they don’t repeat it so you’re unaware if they took your order correctly. I let the gentleman at the window know my order was wrong after he read it to me and he advised the gentleman on the line just for him to have a rude response to him & my self . It was not his nor my fault the order was taken incorrectly he was only letting her know what I stated to him . Customer service is always KEY !

  Was delicious and fresh and hot 🔥
