- NTNia T1 day ago1.0Terrible customer! When asked who I spoke with he said his name was Melvin. Likely a lie as it were a Latino guy late night. My partner is lactose and there was cheese on the tacos instead of substituting it out without cheese, he stated the only way to replace it is to pay for the change…. I’ve never in my fast food customer service experience, faced such an unsatisfactory experience. Nevermore, not trying to resolve an error on his staffs behalf is even worst. Avoid this location at all costs!
