  Most arrogant customer service ever. Everytime you go through the drive through it’s like you’re bothering them. If they don’t have something that’s on the menu and you point out well maybe they should take it off the menu they tell you it’s not their problem and you should call corporate. Food is hit or miss depending on the day. I for one will never eat here again. Your job is customer service if you’re bothered by that. Go work somewhere else.

  We received a very friendly greeting by the counter person Brandon. Learned we were traveling and engaged in some positive comments. He made us feel welcome. Great experience.

  They forget items, change items out for other items, or forget the supreme constantly. They have no system to keep track of messed up orders if you try to call so you have to go back that night to get the correct food. They can't even write it down. You either have to check your food before you leave, or come back and get the correct, or just charge back your bank.

  They are responsible and respectful workers who are efficient people good attitudes towards the customers, and they are professional and pretty good at getting the food out at a decent timely manner.
