- CLCary & Melanie LoyndSep 30, 20251.0Do you have any kiosks and the fact that if you don't want to deal with a kiosk machine whether the attendant helps you or not we will not be back and the fact that we have to ask your attendance to reveal our drinks because the fountain that's in the dining area is not working because you can't deal with your theft problem and the same thing with having to use the kiosks because you don't trust your employees that is a sad sad thing so you just lost another customer hope you're happy we will use Taco Bueno.

Didn’t even acknowledge me when I did walk in the store and placed my order. I came here before and got breakfast which at that time the service was great.
- DDDerrekSep 13, 20251.0I had a horrible experience at this Taco Bell location. The manager, Kirsti, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was being rushed through the drive-thru before I even had the chance to look over the menu, and when I tried to ask a question, she snapped at me like I was an inconvenience. As a paying customer, I expect basic respect and patience, but instead I felt like I was being pushed out the door. A manager should set an example for the staff, not treat customers this way. I will not be coming back to this location, and I hope corporate addresses this issue because no one deserves to be spoken to the way I was.

Dude said it was Mark & Shaun (I believe) that were working last night (10SEP25). Awesome job by these dudes & I would highly recommend. 10/10 would dine again! Thanks guys! 🤙🏼
