  Manager Sara is rude, unprofessional, and has no business being in a leadership role. The manager, Sara, is the worst part of this place. She’s rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about customers or staff. Instead of solving problems, she makes them worse with her bad attitude and lack of respect. A manager should lead by example, but Sara shows zero leadership skills and treats people poorly. It’s frustrating dealing with someone like her, and she definitely shouldn’t be in a management position.Trusting her to run your business is bad idea .

  Employees don't care about pick ups. They'll make you wait at least 10 minutes and then start your pick up order. Will not return to this location.

  I come here frequently, never have any problems usually. The only issue I’ve ever had has been with an employee named Melissa. She always has an attitude, is very rude, and talks down to me every single time I have the displeasure of interacting with her. Even when I don’t have to interact with her I’ve heard her talk crap about customers over the drive through intercom. Very unprofessional and childish behavior.
