  I had 2 chicken soft tacos. They were good but missing tomatoes and my husband had soft tacos and a quesadilla. He said they were good. He asked for mild and very hot sauce. We only got mild. We made do. The vanilla orange and vanilla frozen drink were awesome.

  Went through the drivethru the other day (8/29/25 at 10 am) and had a horrible experience. The food was okay, but the service was complete garbage. I never got to give the guy my code for rewards because he kept cutting me off. I had a mobile order and wanted to place one and he was not happy about it and incredibly rude. I get that he had probably been up very early and would prefer to work another job but I was nothing but kind at first and his attitude was uncalled for. He checked in my mobile order and told me to pull around before I could place my second order and when I did his attitude got worse when I pointed this out. I also had realized I had selected sausage instead of bacon for the mobile order and tried to ask if there was any way it could be fixed and he snapped at me and told me before I could say more than “I have a question-“ and told me I’d have to go through the app, which I couldn’t do because he had already put my order through. I understand they’re told to make orders the way they were placed but I was asking kindly and it’s unfortunately not the first time this has happened and other Taco Bell’s didn’t mind fixing it for me so I figured I’d ask. Eventually I drove forward (after pointing out that he didn’t have to be so rude and it was just a question) and thankfully at that point in time he had found some calm. i was going to say something about how it costs literally 0 energy to be a kind person after he had handed my food but he sent another worker out. Which was probably smart. I don’t know if the person on the receipt was the guy I dealt with but if so I hope William T gets an attitude check. This isn’t the first negative experience I’ve had there but it’s definitely the first one bad enough to make me leave a bad review. I’ve worked at a Taco Bell before. I know it’s stressful, which is why I am always sure to be extra patient and kind. If you hate your job so much that you can’t deal with people ask to be moved to making food because his behavior was unacceptable.

  STALE TACO SHELLS - taste like oil! Called the store to tell the manager (identified himself as Adam) the shells were stale, taste like oil and the taste was horrible! I told him stop selling them! If it wasn’t for his lackluster concern, I would not posted a review but since I’m not convinced he took me serious, I’m posting for all to be aware. If your taco tastes weird, TAKE IT BACK!!
