I ordered in person in the store, waited for 25 minutes and had to ask, they said they didn’t see my order at all. The next time, I pre-ordered it on the app. Still waited for 15 minutes in the store and checked with them, yet again they didn’t see my order in their system. So basically this is not a fast food restaurant for me… every time I’m here, had to wait at least 20 minutes.
