First of all, this situation wasn’t even my order. This was something I overheard while waiting for my order. It’s extremely telling and EXTREMELY unproffesional to complain about a customer having a food allergy so loudly! I knew when I heard the person making the food go, “I doubt they’re not even allergic!” That the staff did not care about the customers they’re serving. I hope they made that customers food right, though I doubt they did.
This leads me to my next point, my food. I had made 2 modifications to my 2 items. I removed tomatoes (as i’m ALLERGIC) and added nacho cheese to one. The other I removed spicy ranch (As I can’t handle spice) and added nacho cheese. I paid an extra 2 dollars to get nacho cheese on my items and I didn’t get either. Infact, my modifications weren’t read at all. Not only could I not even eat my food, I’m down the money to add the modifications to my food! Don’t expect this location to care about your food safety, they don’t care.
This doesnt include that I bought a orange cream and vanilla freeze, only to find out none of the drinks besides water and tea were available.
Thank you taco bell for wasting my money! :D

All the tables were dirty, the dryers in the restrooms didn't work
We all know that Taco Bell is a place to go for a fake Mexican food experience, fast food style, but it is no longer fast in the slightest.
Customers who enter the restaurant do everything except prepare their own food or run the cash register! We have to use a kiosk-ordering system, serve our own drinks, and clean our own tables BEFORE we can eat! There is very little customer service needed by the employees as the only ones who talk to customers run the drive through area!
In the last few and infrequent trips I have made to multiple locations, it was noteworthy that staff does not voluntarily wipe down tables or check on the dining room at all. When they do usually a customer has to ASK them to clean something! Even then, it is just a "going through the motions" type of cleaning if you can call it that, much like an adaptation of an old childhood song:
Here a swipe, there a swipe, barely just a swipe, swipe! No attention was paid to the effectiveness of the process at all!
My Taco Bell days, I believe, are over.
