It serves up it's food in the way you expect, no more but no less and it is server up efficiently and accurately. This is about all you can hope for these days. The interior is relatively tidy and well stocked. Nothing about this experience is bad enough to outweigh the cost through the taco bell app is about half what you'd pay through doordash etc. But the biggest perk of picking up your food in person is the ability to get as many hot sauce packets of whatever types you prefer.
