  I placed a mobile order at 8:34 for one burrito and I didn't get my food until 9:12 I would suggest just going in getting whatever flavor sauce you want then going home and making your own tacos and burritos from scratch It will be much faster and it won't be overpriced poison.

  Very disappointed with this Taco Bell in Haines City. The team is extremely rude and unbelievably slow. Even the manager had a bad attitude. The place is dirty, and the service makes the food not even appetizing by the time you finally get it. I do not recommend this location — they seriously need a whole new team and better management.

  They need help BAD!!! at night. Wait time is at least 30 mins after 10pm. Dont bother going inside, they prioritize the drive thru more smh. Hiring sign on the door, but two people on the line making food

  I order from this Taco Bell all the time and normally my food arrives perfectly but I don’t know if Someone in the kitchen is having a bad day but my food arrived squished I ask for no lettuce and it was all on it and I also asked for no ice in my drink and it was filled with ice, I would just appreciate if in the future when my food is made that it’s made by somebody who doesn’t hate their job because it shows when they make someone’s food. I also wasn’t given a sticker receipt of my order so I can’t provide a pic of it to show the no lettuce and no ice note

  I went there to take away a pick up I ordered 10 minutes ago, 3 people came after us, ordered and took away their orders, leaving us in a 40 minute wait and still nothing, I asked about it and the cashier said your order is next while he hands out other person order who ordered after our query. I am not mad at them, I just pity their sorry lives!
