  I was literally just there, I’ve been trying to call and no one answers. I’ve called maybe 10times. I ordered a party box of SOFT TACOS and I got hard shell… kinda big difference to order SOFT TACOS and HARD SHELL. I do see that the receipt says Crunchy but I DID NOT order crunchy… I specifically asked for SOFT. Really annoying. Personally, I would like compensation for this mistake. Whether that be I can redeem a party box at a different time or just my money back for that item. I know what I ordered and I would never order crunchy.

  Ordered a bacon crunch wrap and instead of the hash brown they used potatoes. They were probably out of hash browns and subbed in the potatos but I was not told this when I ordered and would not have got it if they told me. If you sub out an ingredient tell the customer before they order

  Ordered online said they didn’t have my order in the system when I tried to show them my phone they said “figure it out yourself and come back thru” I had to re order my food and then they were rude about me trying to apply my online code to get my rewards. The fact I had to spend extra money wait 3 days to get a refund all because the employee wouldn’t work with me and look at my app when I asked polity but they rudely started taking others orders over me.

  No soap in the bathroom. It was so cold you could see your breath. There’s no reason for it to be that cold in there! We had frost bite by the time we left. NO JOKE! Store # 035284

  Horrible service they didnt hear part of my order so asked me to go all the way back through the drive threw line. I said I'll wait here. We'll actually I dont want to hold everyone up so Ill wait up front was instructed to pull around and wait. So I did waited 10 minutes went inside and they said oh we needed you to pay for it. I WAS TOLD TO GO WAIT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR. HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 10 MIN MY ORIGINAL FOOD IS NOW COLD WONT BE HERE AGAIN STAY AWAY FRO. THIS LOCATION.
