  We placed an online pick-up order. For 2 4 strip chicken strip. When we picked up order we had 1 bag with 2 strip. When I showed the person at the drive thru window he argued that it was 2 strips. So I opened my app. Showed the order. (Attached) and I was yelled at, The app is wrong, they only serve 2 strips. So I called the next morning spoke to GM. Who apologized for the incident, and agreed that my order was correct. The app was correct, and I shouldn’t have been yelled at by attendant. Needless to say, my kids wanted taco bell again the next evening. Placed same order, had exact situation, and I will no longer be going to this particular taco bell.

  Every time I go to taco bell in 29 st and 4 ave , when I ask for nachos fries they don’t have the quantity I ask for . Also when I ask for chicken quesadilla with out hot sauce , they give me to me with hot sauce . If they don’t want to work , they need to close the restaurant

  I guess it is a learning curve. Need to learn how to relay the orders.
