Taco Bell's new culture of having no personal interaction with the servers at the order counter and AI powered, impersonal drive thru's and being forced to use a kiosk when you walk in is for the birds!!! Taco bell as a whole NEEDS to up the ante on their customer service and provide more personal service instead of relying on tech to do the work for them.
