  Website and hours posted on door say they are open until 3am. Workers are visible inside. When I pull up to the drive thru there is an automated message that they are closed. This was at 2am. Very disappointed 3rd shift worker.

  Ive been in the drive thru since 10:18PM… its now 11 on the dot. Insane. ive never seen a place so bad

  Don’t go here. You will literally die of hunger while waiting in the drive through and no one working there will notice because the line never moves anyway. Also, make sure you order extra food, because you will always be shorted an item. If you walk in, order a lot of food, and they ask if you’re eating for two, tell them you are just eating for one and want to make sure you can eat. If you want ice for your drink, make sure to take your own ice in. Also, unless you are into vaguely colored sparkling water coming out of every nozzle on the drink machine, err on the side of caution and take your own drink as well. The ordering kiosk is literally designed to confuse and frustrate people so that they leave and reduce the load on the already overtaxed staff. This is actually a positive, because you won’t be disappointed when you order something and they don’t have it. Somehow, they also seem to wind up taking only cash later in the evening, so find an ATM before you go. Honestly, the only experience worse than this place is the Chipotle up the road. At least they are like to have chips here.

  You're better off to drive to New Richmond Taco Bell it's literally faster! service and food way better. It took me 45 minutes that place sucks.

  There is a Tim Hutchinson who works there. He is a toxic person. The manager was afraid to give me his name because she is pregnant and worried he may beat her up. This is unacceptable and this guy should be fired. He is rude to his peers and customers and no one should order from here until he is fired.
