  Tell the lady with teeth missing to not scream at people when they are reading the menu to order and yell at them to come inside over a timer and scream at me that taking 1 minute to look at the menu is too long and I need to come inside because they are now 3rd place. I’m sorry I wanted to try something new and read the menu? And then when I get to the window she’s literally cussing about me to other people. What a wonderful lady

  Probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. There’s something wrong with my order every time I go. The food is either burnt, they give me the wrong item, or an item is missing. I honestly can’t recall ever ordering food from somewhere that messes up orders this consistently.

  This manager is has the ugliest "customer service" I've ever experienced. I know places have gotten very sloppy with it ever since COVID, but the actual manager here is ridiculous. This is the 3rd time we got to experience this overaged boy's attitude. This manager is a true example of hating your job, but being too lazy, incompetent, and unskilled to get anything better. We can leave the drive thru and go other places, but this Manager will remain just a Taco Bell employee. Hopefully Britton Plaza knocks this place down and puts something semi decent that doesn't mess up your order every single time with nasty, dry food that isn't even assembled halfway correctly. What a joke of a manager. How embarrassing.
