  They didnt answer the drive thru mic a mobile order pulled uo and they answered them right away. Also someone I assume who was a manager wad reprimanding an employee right out front. Place seems like a mess.

  Drive through girls had a darned attitude and they know it. Also my tacos were wrapped wrong so they literally got glued to the tin foil part so it was really hard to eat. Bunch of incompetents I'd say.

  Drive thru always takes an astonishingly long time. Like so long that I'm actually unsure how they do it. They must either be chronically understaffed or undertrained. Food also usually comes out with an obvious lack of care or attention, but that wasn't the case tonight. The drive thru cashier was very professional this time.

  The kiosk is too difficult to operate. It needs to be simplified and more intuitive. It would not respond. If they are making everyone use it, this HMI just makes me want to leave. I had to try 4 chairs before I found one that didn’t have broken feet that made it wobbly to sit on.

  I just placed a delivery order, several items were missing and others were incorrect. The receipt showed correct. They just didn’t send the right stuff. Tried calling multiple times, no answer. Will NOT be back. How hard is it to get an order correct? It was not a complex order.
