  I would give zero stars, they’re ALWAYS out of some type of meat, this time it was ‘come back thru in 10 minutes because we’re cooking the beef’ it’s always something here. Or waiting for pickup orders for 30m

  Absolutely love this place food is delicious made perfect every time they are quick very kind best customer service i've ever had most definitely Will be coming back here even times i've messed up on my order on the kiosk they have read made for me It was very respectful it was very kind of them and they did not have to do that

  I had a mobile order and they're night crew lead or manager was absolutely abysmal with the worst attitude and they even tampered with the food!! grilled cheese burrito with extra meat and extra rice that barely had any meat and rice to begin with. As well as they couldn't make a chalupa for the luxe box so we opted for a soft taco and the women went back and made it personally extra soggy like she used the tortilla as a dish rag. I'm contacting corporate next with the photos

  Listen… I don’t make reviews unless I’m absolutely thrilled, or absolutely furious. I’ll let y’all decide which one I am. I get there and I’m met with that annoying AI bot at the drive thru. Thankfully I get a human pretty quick. However, kind of wish I didn’t. I wanted to try something new, so I see the $6.99 grande nachos. I ask for those, and the cashier goes, “which one?” I say, “The grande nachos with beef.” And she says, “Do you not see there’s two options for beef?” And little does miss thing know I’m ready to rock her. I say, “Well if you would like to step out and look at your menu, you can see your main promotion is for a grande nacho for $6.99.” I think she discovered some additional brain cells because she submitted the order without issue. However, take a look at what I got. A handful and a half of chips, mediocre guac, unmelted shredded cheese, and two tablespoons of ground beef. This is what I get for wanting to try something new, so never again. And as for this location, y’all just go ahead and go to the one on Mingo or 41st. These people are trash and so is their food.
