- DSDestanie Seavolt3 days ago1.0I went through the drive-thru and ordered two double deckers no lettuce, checked the order and they put no beans at all on the tacos, just a soggy tortilla covered in bean juice like they dipped the tortilla in juice. Processed to go inside to get it fixed after waiting almost 10 mins they put lettuce on the tacos after i told them no lettuce on either one. Then had to wait another 5-7 mins for them to fix that after the 2nd mess up. And they are back on the line just laughing. I work for Taco Bell for 3 years as BOH, FOH, and a manager and it is not that hard. They had around 10 people work and multiple people had complaints about their food. People just standing around and all of this is on camera and totally unacceptable.
