  the WORST taco bell ever. Whoever worked 10/17/25 around 9:30 SUCK. It took 30mins for a damn burrito.

  Called the manager tonight just to ask why my drink was missing from my order, he said that drink wasn't available at their location. So why did it let me order it on the Taco Bell app then? Asked him for a refund for my missing drink & he refused, said there was nothing he could do for me. Told him that's really bad customer service & he started screaming at me so I hung up. Already reported him & his behavior to Taco Bell. Do not go to this location!!!

  If you go late at night they pretend that they're not there and try to wait you out until you leave or else they just lie and say they're closed when they're not. Today I was ignored at the intercom until I pulled up and knocked on the window and talked to the worker who was inside actively making food but trying to hide out of view and ignore me. Then he got an attitude with me and told me to pull up to the speaker and finally took my order. Very bizarre behavior, very unwelcoming and rude

  Just got home with 4 cantina chicken hard tacos. All 4 weren't even half full and no cheese on 1 of the sides. guy on the phone just made excuses! Never ever going back to this store.
