  Today 10/15/2025. I ordered a Craving Box and a Meal for 2 at 9:15 PM on 10/15/2025. The app said my order would be ready by 9:26 PM, but I didn’t get it until 9:45 PM. That’s almost a 20-minute delay even after the scheduled pickup time. Very disappointing experience — hope they can improve order timing accuracy.

  Stopped in early Wed. at 9:30 for burritos. I think I was the first customer of the day. The few extra minutes was worth it cause they made them XL. Thanks!

  There recently tends to be a longer wait in the drive-through and smaller portions (likely not up to those assembling orders to decide). The staff is typically helpful and friendly. The food is consistent and better than the other location across the river.

  I guess Employees are tired and not every one is trained to use the register/take orders. For a small order we had to wait for at least 20mins and I felt like going drive through after that wait. They were also taking orders incorrect, the other person next to us ordered different meat and he got chicken. Also same employees working on KFC and Taco Bell didn't help. Employer should hire more people.

  I’m absolutely disgusted with the overnight staff. The gentleman working the window gave me the wrong order and then denied it before checking the bag. Then, proceeded to give me change that was $10 short. He gave me push back with that as well…insinuating I kept $10 and accused him of short changing me. He finally gave me the change which was still $1 short. Once I arrived at my destination I noticed he put the 2 salad bowls lopsided into the bag and on top of the nachos. I called to speak to a manager and the manager refused to speak and hung up the phone. I’m furious right now. No one deserves that type of immature and disrespectful interaction when just simply picking up food. Hire better. 🙄
