  I’ve been a longtime Taco Bell fan, but my recent visits have been consistently disappointing. The food quality has taken a nosedive—items arrive cold, poorly assembled, and often missing key ingredients. My last order had a burrito with barely any filling and a taco shell that was stale. Service isn’t much better. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-thru with only two cars ahead of me. When I finally got my food, half the order was wrong, and the staff seemed indifferent when I pointed it out. The restaurant itself wasn’t clean either—tables were sticky, trash bins overflowing, and the soda machine was out of service. I hope Taco Bell takes these issues seriously. Fast food doesn’t have to mean sloppy food and careless service.

  Absolutely horrible place. Dirty. Rude employees. Better avoid this place and go somewhere else

  This particular visit was an oddity to an otherwise typical 90's-fueled craze of mine (& highschool memories) ~ I ordered on the app for pickup inside the lobby.. they claim they never got an online order. Check the app, after the 'in progress' stage it says an error occurred.. "OOPS!" The app ran my order again, it says my coupon applied has already been used (10% off, no biggie) but "OOPS" #2. No coupon now. I get my order and my cup for the 'MTN DEW Midnight' I've been wanting to try.. lobby fountain only dispenses ice, but no liquids. I inquire at the counter, "Oh, we full the cups behind the counter now.. and we're out of Midnight." What the... "Okay." It might not have been a great day at The Bell, but dang. Talk about being South of the Border. Better luck next time? One can only hope!

  No steak and then cannot cancel the order on the app. Stealing my money and time. Then they do nothing to make it up. Then they didn’t even give me a single sauce I requested. Wow thanks

  The older lady that runs this place (I think is the manager) is sooo incredibly rude, not only to the customer, but to the staff. I feel sorry for anyone that has to work for her. I have had numerous occasions where she has been so unkind and downright rude.
