We spent 50 plus dollars here a few times including lastnight and the workers will not give you taco sauce. I ordered online and they actually responded angry because we wanted extra taco sauce because in the past they always never give you sauce. They literally did it again on purpose knowing we wanted extra taco sauce and they gave us a total of 6 packets of hot sauce for 50 dollars of food. Im really frustrated with the attitude of the employees and getting treated like that after spending alot of money. Fire someone

I am incredibly disappointed. I pre-ordered my food through the app. When I got there, there was a worker outside taking the trash and she gave me the DIRTIEST look. Not sure why. The little girl at the window didn't even look at me. No eye contact, no greeting to let me know my food would be right out. She just restocked items near the window, completely ignoring my presence. I wanted Hot sauce and the app had been stupid and wouldn't let me add it. I saw her putting things in the bag through the window and thought" ok maybe she's giving me different ones. Sometimes instead of asking, they just give me a few of everything". I guess that's what I get for assuming. I get home to NONE sauce. I've been a loyal Taco Bell lover for over 20 years and have never NOT been asked which hot sauce I wanted. When she handed me the bag she didn't even look at me. I'm naturally a half person, so my time wasn't grumpy or anything. I'm grateful to have someone else make my food for me. Anyway, I know I should have checked the bag before I left the window. Which is also ridiculous. This is not a difficult position in the workforce. Add to that, my food was cold. I only live 2-3 minutes from this location. I get that it's a holiday and that maybe you don't want to be working. Get a different job then. I'm extremely disappointed in Taco Bell's standards and management over the last few years. Quality standards of customer service have just completely disappeared from the norm.
