  Placed mobile order. They made me pull up and I waited extra 25 minutes. Employees were outside smoking. Ordered wasn’t ready “they were out of a lot of stuff” and gave us whatever customers order that had been setting for a long time instead of telling me they were out. Only one employee out of the five was actually working .

  So the Taco Bell in Millington is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Every time I've been there there are issues. How does a Taco Bell run out of beans? The only way that happens is if management is not paying attention and that seems to be the common denominator at this particular store. There's always something management related where they fall really short near impossible to order at the menu kiosk because it making so much noise you can't hear the person speaking to you

  Worst tacobell. If a person places an order in app, how the heck do yall still mess it up when it's typed out for you?! I ordered 2 large drink no ice, always get 2 medium drinks with ice. If you can't read clean the toilets not do window orders!

  Ordered a grilled cheese steak burrito combo and that took over 38 minutes to do they had no change they were out of so many items

  Every time I go to this taco bell and order a chicken cantina quesadilla meal, they always give me a medium drink but it should be a large. They claim they are out of large cups when I ask them about it. But then I come back the next day, get a 5 layer burrito just the wrap and a large drink and they have cups. Then I come back the next day and get the menu item and the again give me a medium cup with the same excuse. They also do not grill the quesadilla with cheese on the outside. So I am paying for a cantina chicken quesadilla meal, but I am getting a chicken quesadilla with a medium fountain drink. Summary they are charging me more than what I am receiving.
