I will not be back as I have wasted money the last 3 times in a row I've been there. The current leadership lacks experience, empathy, and integrity. It's a shame to see how far this store in abingdon has fallen...

Yes, I get it, you are busy, but as someone who has worked in customer service for years, YOU SHOULD BE ON TOP OF THAT!! And stop using the bathroom as your “secret” break station!
