  Place was at the bottom of the hill and then they brought some lady from the taco bell on airline by i-20 and I guess now she's gone cause this place is going back down the hill👎

  First of all, went through the drive thru and the lady taking our order was super rude and rushing us. Like miss ma'am chill out. No reason for the attitude. Also was missing food, all that rushing, if yall weren't trynna move so damn fast and double check your work then we'd have no problem. 30 years old working at taco bell, you should be mad at yourself not at the job. Will probably come back bc let's be real it's taco bell I don't expect it to be all that but still. Pissed me off.

  I ordered using the Taco Bell app and it said that my order would be ready within 10 minutes. Apparently that does not matter. My order was $33 worth of food and it took me over 45 minutes from the time I placed my order until I had my food in my hand. They had only two people making food, which is absolutely ridiculous. I understand that they had a large order that was placed ahead of us however I’m standing in the store waiting on my food. I could’ve gone behind the counter and made it myself before I even got my food. I understand why they don’t have any Local franchise owner. Contact information posted anywhere because the service sucks when you use the app.

  We went to the drive-thru, ordered a few things and didn't get finished before being given a total on the order. I asked of I could add a drink at the window and was told no, they don't add things at the window. Then sat for 10 minutes waiting on the order. We were given only 2 napkins and rude service.
