  When i ordered the nacho fries the last 2 times I got the crappy hard over cooked fries, (great way to get rid of them by the way) but when I order reg nacho fries they are normal and good? This needs to be fixed if yr upper management reading this, shouldn't the customer get the same when they are paying their hard earned money? Again that's twice in a row now, Bad mgmt

  Their customer service is so bad that they make customers wait, Raikha just watches videos on her phone.

  If you have all day to not be greeted or waited on this might be your place but otherwise food is really inconsistent and there is no management to address your problems with

  We went to Taco Bell on a Sunday night and it was AMAZING. The robot wasn’t working for us, so we went up to the window and Jessie was there and was the best server I’ve had in a LONG TIME. Truly is so good at her job and just overall fun and happy. Highly recommend you go by and see Jessie. She deserves a raise!!
