  Went to get a breakfast crunch wrap and was told they no longer sale breakfast. I drove to the window to speak with the manager to confirm because I thought they were lying because they didn’t want to make breakfast. (Not the first time they lied because employees don’t want to make breakfast) When I got to the window the girl was smiling and laughing while I’m annoyed they stopped selling breakfast. I requested to speak to the manager and the girl continued smiling and laughing not being professional. The “manager” she said we are now under new management and stopped selling breakfast two weeks ago. I asked why does the menu still show you have breakfast. She said because we’re waiting on the new menu still. This Taco Bell permanently lost a customer. This is the closest taco bell to me as I live deep in the mountains and drove an hour just to get taco bell crunch wrap. The staff are unprofessional teenagers and do not behave like adults. Go to a different taco bell with better employees.

  Rude customer service went to get order and they messed it up :( They always have an attitude at night.

  Awful went in expecting a normal experience instead left feeling disgusted and wondering how are they allowed to continue with this behavior. I ordered some burritos and when I home they were made wrong I called and explained to them what had happened in calm polite way since I in work customer service I get how much of a relief that can be. They said they would give me a credit for the two burritos and could pick them up the next day I was relived. Came back later to get them only to be told they didn't have anyone call yesterday about a complaint. Which is not true because I spoke to a man over the phone right after I had got my order, they argued with me back and fourth and said the manager would've given me their name personally, which also didn't happen. I explained they didn't give me a name they only asked for mine they said they couldn't help me out. It is not my fault for not knowing how their credit policy works as customer its their job to report to a manger if a customer complains on the phone about a order, and they should've taken my name down and made absolutely sure that the name in question is correct. As I was about to leave they told me that they would begrudgingly remake our order this one time and next time we better have the manager's name. The way the talked down to us and reminded us multiple times of this fact as we were leaving was very rude, and over the top the fact that the lady who served us last night refused to come to the window after the fact when we pulled up to pick up the order was suspicious as I wanted to remind her that she was the same person who served me last night why would I lie about this.I've heard too many other similar stories from colleagues regarding their experiences at this particular location and its night shift employees!

  Worst experience I have ever had...Their staff is so rude and arrogant. I came here to pickup orders at night time at drive thru, told them I have two orders but they didn't give me both the orders instead said to come again at drive thru.They don't know how to talk. They consider delivery persons like our jobs are nothing as compare of theirs.
