They shut down there store randomly and cause the Taco Bell on third to be extremely overcrowded. They also randomly decide to close their lobby during business hours just like the Taco Bell on third. Don't even think about picking up a door dash or Uber Eats order from either Taco Bell because you will be sitting in a drive through line just to pick up an order for 30 minutes +

Yeah this location is cooked. I ordered ahead on the app because that’s supposed to speed up the process - that backfired. On par with what some recent reviews have mentioned, when I showed up to pick up my food, the lobby doors were locked. My order was made and just sitting there on the counter, so I knocked on the glass only to be met with an employee motioning a “steering wheel” to me, suggesting I’m to get in the 20 car drive-thru line in order to pick up my already made order. Awesome. So, I hopped in line, and 30 minutes later I finally made it to the window and received my order. I asked why the lobby was closed, and they claimed that they were short staffed even though the kitchen was packed with at least 10 employees. They claimed that a lot of the staff were from the morning shift, but that doesn’t exactly change the fact that they certainly didn’t appear short staffed at that given moment. And for the icing on the cake, I get home and open my box to discover that my Cheesy Gordita Crunch had been mistakenly replaced with a normal taco 💀.
The app is supposed to make the process easier. If a customer orders ahead, they should be able to walk in and pick up the order from the counter. That’s literally the entire point, to avoid having to use the drive-thru that can have 30+ minute lines. I love Taco Bell, but this was an obnoxious experience. I will not be using the app in the future, at least for this location, and if the drive-thru line is cooked I will take my patronage elsewhere.
I placed an online order and walked to pick it up around 6:00 PM. When I arrived, the doors were locked even though the restaurant was within operating hours. What made the situation worse is that several employees clearly saw me waiting outside, yet chose to ignore me while my order sat on the counter getting cold.
Not every customer arrives by car, and online orders should be accessible to all guests. It’s very disappointing to be disregarded like that, especially with multiple employees working inside. As a paying customer, being ignored during open hours feels extremely disrespectful.
**Why this matters**
* Customers who order online and walk should still be able to pick up their food without issue.
* Locking the doors during posted hours with no communication or signage is misleading.
* Acknowledging customers waiting outside should be the bare minimum standard of service.
I hope the owner will address this lack of customer care, Online ordering should make things easier, not result in a frustrating and disrespectful experience.

I've been coming to this taco bell since I was a kid so over 29 years. It's always been fast food is made good and the employees seem to be happy. I'm leaving this review because for the first time ever I pulled into the drive through at 9:58 PM and they had already closed the store down. After speaking with the manager on shift I realized it was literally just him working. He looked like he was gonna have a panic attack and it's completely understandable. The problem isn't your labor or employees it's your inability as a company too pay your workers a living wage. After working several jobs I've learned that fast food isn't easy at all and you work ridiculous hours night and day. I still left a 5 because the manager was nice about everything and I understood I've closed stores by myself and it sucks and literally impossible too cook all that food. Maybe he had one other person but I couldn't see so I assumed it was just him closing up. So Taco Bell PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES A LIVING WAGE YOU MAKE PLENTY OF PROFIT EVEN WITH OVERHEAD SO YOU DON'T GOTTA BEAT AROUND THE BUSH PAY YOUR DAMN EMPLOYEES MORE AND THEY WILL SHOW UP AND WORK HARD. ALSO BENEFITS GIVE THEM BENEFITS SEPARATE YOURSELVES FROM OTHER COMPETITION BY ACTUALLY CARING ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEES AND STOP LETTING SHADY INVESTORS INTO THE BUSINESS THEY AREN'T HUMAN ONLY ROBOT!!!

Came through with a mobile order and they would not allow a separate order. Were extremely rude when we asked about a separate order and demanded we came back through with the separate order. No one else was in line before us and did not allow us to finish a sentence before denying us to order more.I paid for my food and they refused to let us order more.
