Every time I go to this location the staff are very respectful and I get my food within a very decent amount of time. I use the online order function a lot and never have any problems compared to other locations. Zelda Road, for example, always gets my order wrong whenever I use the app but this location is very good about accuracy with mobile orders. Whoever is training the team needs to be commended along with the staff for a job well done. This will be my go to spot whenever I am craving something from Taco Bell going forward. 🌯 🌯

The food was good but does it take 45 minutes to make 5 soft cheese tacos this is excessive 2 people came in after I ordered and got thier food before me

Came to the drive thru, was excited to see the Carmel empanada back on the menu, so of course I ordered it. Once I received my order the empanada was RAW! That’s right, the dough on the outside was raw. The employee was not kind when taking it back and instructed me to park at the front and wait! At this point I’ve been waiting long enough to write this review and I’m going to have to wake my toddler up to go inside to ask for a refund.

Terrible experience. After preparing the food, the staff didn’t hand it over—even though it was ready and sitting right in front of me. I had to ask multiple times before they finally gave it to me, and by then it was already cold.
It’s frustrating to see your food ready but ignored while you wait. This kind of service is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

They lie about hours, close early, hide in store on the clock, say system is down reboot etc. Trash store, corporate needs to shut it down, nobody goes there.
