  I chose drive through pickup in the app because it is available. We arrived at the restaurant and waited five minutes before we were served. Then gave the name for the order and waited five more minutes where they then asked again what we wanted, and told them again we are picking up. We were then informed we had to go inside because they had drive through orders to fulfill. We asked why we needed to go inside and the female on the speaker said “just park and come inside”. There were a line of door dashers waiting and we were told that even though our food was ready we had to wait until all the door dashers were served. I wound up waiting close to 25 minutes for a drive through pickup order that should have been easy, but was informed that because there were other customers, I had to wait until my food got cold to get it. Even though it was ready to go and was paid for and could have just been handed over. Atrocious service. The attitude from the female on the speaker was uncalled for. They should not be accepting drive through pickup orders if they cannot handle a drive through. I’m much less likely to go back to Taco Bell at this point.

  We go there a lot. Service is great and all is good except the rice...Only complaint is the rice is dry and hard. Every couple of weeks I'll get the bean rice burrito, and same thing with the hard rice.

  Una gran falta de respeto que el horario sea hasta las 2 am y a las 12 am yo quiera pedir y este cerrado y me diga que tengo que ir por el drive thru y cuando voy por allí me dice que si no tengo carro no puedo pedir, que gran falta de respeto

  We walked in, bathrooms had a code to enter (posted..didn't work..but ok..just wanted to wash my hands) no one would come to the counter.."use the kiosk" no..3 people looking at us...nobody at the register but stood next to it..we shrugged and walked next door and ate at a very nice McDonald's...busy (probably due to better service) their bathrooms were open and I was able to not get salmonella by washing my hands first..NICE JOB TACO BELL!
