The food would have gotten all stars but my pizza wasn’t made the way i ordered it i asked for no beans and beans was on it none of the sauces i asked for was on it other than that it was hot

Ordered two lux boxes tonight online a few minutes before I arrived and was told I had to pull around and wait another 8 minutes until my order time. I was a little surprised because that's never happened before but I waited and came back. My order was correct and hot except, the cinnamon twists had almost no cinnamon and tasted bitter like chemicals. Something was not right so I threw them out. Maybe they got sprayed with some cleaner but there was something very wrong with those twists. Otherwise, friendly and kind staff.
Terrible Experience: Abusive Manager Creating a Toxic Environment
I visited this Taco Bell location last night to pick up an order. The service was unacceptable, and the atmosphere was toxic, due entirely to the female manager (African American, New York accent) who was on duty.
First, service was extremely slow and disorganized. I initially went to the drive-thru but was asked for a code I didn't have. I then parked and went inside. While waiting, I observed three cars in the drive-thru line receive their orders before mine—a situation that made no sense. When I inquired about my order with the woman at the drive-thru window, she stated she couldn't see it.
The most shocking part of the visit was the manager's behavior. She was cursing loudly and repeatedly, using the 'B' and 'F' words while screaming at employees and seemingly customers from the food prep area. This created a highly disgusting and uncomfortable environment. Several people witnessed this abusive behavior, including minor teenagers in the dining area, an African American couple, and another young woman who entered the restaurant. All of us were visibly uncomfortable and distressed by the continuous screaming.
This manager's conduct is creating a disgusting and toxic environment. This is clearly not a one-off issue, as I have witnessed numerous instances of unprofessional and abusive behavior from the same individual. Taco Bell corporate and the owners of this franchise must investigate this serious issue immediately and remove this manager.
I am a paying customer who will not return to this location as long as this manager is employed here. Her behavior is a liability to the brand and is guaranteed to lead to more serious issues if not addressed.
I strongly recommend you submit this review on multiple platforms, such as the Taco Bell corporate website's feedback form, Google Reviews, and any other platform where you initially found this location. Documentation is key in these situations.

This is the only Taco Bell in the world I will stop at. Whenever I am on this side of town and have a rare itch for Taco Bell, I'm stopping. This location cares. Service is always friendly and food is super fresh. It reminds you why you ate Taco Bell when you were young.

couple months ago i waited for my order for an hour or so and i didn’t even get it it was for around a dollar but around twenty minutes some lady come in and ordered got there order in like 10 minutes so went i asked a person when my order would be ready and the said soon and i was like cool, i decided to wait to kill some time for around 30-40 more minutes and i still didn’t get my order so when a couple workers made there food and went to eat when all i order was a small burrito and a drink, it is super affordable tho and some workers there are genuinely chill people
