  I had came through the drive thru and ordered 4 steak and cheese quesadillas and the messed up the ordered i asked if they could remake it the worker at the window had a attitude saying it was already made. And had a idgaf attitude the rest of the time we were being serviced

  Extremely upset about this location! When your on a 30 min lunch the food should not take more than 20 min to make. I had to walk out and go somewhere else cause they took too long with my food. A guy ordered his food after me and after waiting 10 min he complained and she made imhis food first and added 3 more tacos and said it loud enough for everyone else to hear. There were 2 other people waiting for there doordash food and that took forever but when it came to my order she disappeared so what the hell were u doing cause I walked out. Thank God I said I was paying cash on the kiosk cause im sure I would have had to wait another 20 minutes or so just get my money back. This is the worst service ever. Maybe hire more employees or have the people that do work there do there job! I would give a lower star rating if it allowed!

  This location is disgusting. The Health Department and Law Enforcement Professionals need to be contacted for this location. The Employees are denying access to the Restroom for paying customers saying that they don't have any working Restrooms which is against the law, any operating business has to have at least one working Restroom or the business is in violation of Health Code. Also denying Restroom access for customers with special needs is against the law, it is a violation of Basic Human Rights and Civil Rights. I've also seen the Employees deny a cup of water to customers on a hot day which is also against the law. It doesn't matter if it's a hot day or cold any person has the right to a free cup of water by law wether they are paying or not so you can't deny them that either. The Employees also don't wash their hands. The Employees also keep playing vulger rap music which is both racist and unprofessional for a Family Restaurant, kids eat at that Restaurant too. So overall I'm very disgusted, disappointed and totally disturbed by this Taco Bell Location and I will be sure to tell all of my friends, coworkers, and complete strangers not to eat at this Taco Bell Location.
