  I just was in drive thru about 5 mins ago. The fact that I paid $27 for the party pack and all the tacos have more lettuce and cheese is crazy!! If I’m paying for 12 classic crunchy tacos and I am eating more than the meat on them is upsetting to say the least. Refund

  this place is terrible , people don’t know what they’re doing , waited 20 mins for a luxe box that didn’t come with half of the things in it. It isn’t hard to make a simple Taco Bell order. Yall need to et more or better staff at this place. 👎 and to that green haired girl at the window. LOSE THE ATTITUDE! Thank you!

  This location is the absolute worst. My order is either wrong, food isn't fresh, or a long wait. I mean its always something. Well today's visit the food was made right. I went through the drive-thru I think the lady's name was Michaela, young girl she handed me 13 items in a medium bag. I asked her if it was all there she said yes so I pulled up a little bit checked my bag and I was missing two tacos I go inside and I'm waiting at least 10 minutes for 2 tacos and they weren't busy 2 cars in drive thru. I said something to them about putting 13 items in a medium bag including an empanada a quesadilla and two cina twist. The young man said they had no large bags. I told him thats fine but next time use another bag theres no need to shove all this food in a small bag. The lady that took my order through the drive-thru I saw her inside and told her good thing i checked my bag.

  Waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru when they opened to arrive to a screaming staff in the lobby when I finally decided to go in because nobody answered the speaker. Staff was inside, yelling about something and waited for me to place my order to tell me that they didn't have any tortillas to serve anybody. Super unprofessional and a disgusting environment. The staff should be fired. The general manager is honestly the worst person and I'm not even sure how she's employed anywhere.
