  Ordered online last night. Waited over an hour for our food. Waited in the drive thru line for almost 30 minutes, the girl at the door handed us our bang which got food all over my husband pants and sweater. It was like the food was put in a wrapper, not folded, and tossed in a bag. Food everywhere inside and outside...and then we realized we received the wrong order and had to go back through the line for another 20 minutes. When we received the second bag, it was missing all of the sauce we ordered, the rice in our burritos was basically raw. It was all around a bad experience. However, the girl looked like she was working by herself with maybe one other person...a very young girl. This taco bell location has been garbage for years and I have no idea how they've lasted this long with constantly having poor service and being short staffed.

  I don't go to Taco Bell in Manitiwoc only because every time I do it's not a good experience this Store needs common service skills greet customers period without saying anything for too long!!! Yes they knew I was there apparently the only one working the register was outside when I pulled up right in front of him!!! They need Leadership at this place of business!!! There is no excuse of treating customers like that btw the only one working was working on a pick up order, the others were on there phones and laughing about someone's birthday cake!!! Come on Taco Bell in Manitiwoc wake up!!! Plus the food wasn't that good
